Archive & Co. is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act (RDG). We provide genealogical research, archival document procurement, certified translation coordination, and administrative preparation. Any eligibility indication given on this website or through our questionnaire is a preliminary assessment based on the information you provide. It is not a determination of citizenship. Only the competent German authorities can decide on your citizenship status.

Liability for Content

As a service provider, we are liable for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law. We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity.
